Cancelations / Rescheduling Need to reschedule ? : At least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, click the “Manage Appointment” link in your original booking confirmation email from Gloss Genius. If rescheduling within 24 hours is unavoidable, please text me as soon as possible to rebook using the same deposit! A 20% late rescheduling fee will be applied. Ghosting your appointment 👻?!
